One-on-One
Bring the thing
you keep hitting a wall on.
Private, one-on-one. You bring the thing you're trying to build or the wall you keep hitting; Grant gets you moving. The fastest way to install the mindset — and the fastest way to find out whether any of this is real.

How It Goes
Your work, not a curriculum
There is no slide deck and no syllabus. The hour is spent on whatever you actually brought — which is why people tend to get something usable out of the first session rather than the fourth.
Find the real bottleneck
Usually it isn't the one you booked the session about. Grant asks his way to the thing that's actually costing you your week, and you build against that.
Build the first agents
Prospecting, research, inbox, reporting — whichever is bleeding worst. You drive; Grant conducts. By the end you've shipped something you use daily.
Stop needing the coach
The fundamentals get drilled until you can build the next one alone. That's the actual finish line — not a dependency on a coach with a calendar.
The Payoff
What people end up building
A realistic list from the people who've done it — not a brochure list.
· Marketing, on autopilot
Social accounts, content, emails, ads and video scripts generated and scheduled without you touching them.
· Prospecting & follow-up
Lead generation, scoring, drip campaigns and the follow-up you always meant to do and never did.
· A CRM shaped like you
Not a subscription that almost fits — a personal CRM built around exactly how you actually work.
· Inbox & messages
Pre-vetted, sorted, and drafted so you approve instead of typing from scratch.
· Research & reporting
Competitive intel and number-crunching handed back to you as the short, useful version.
· The thing you never built
Most people arrive with a project they've carried for years. It usually turns out to be a weekend now.
The cheapest due diligence available
If you are weighing a company engagement and want to know whether Grant is worth putting in front of your people, the honest answer is to spend an hour with him yourself first. It costs $250 and it will tell you more than any proposal.
Half an hour is free. Book that, bring something real, and decide from there.
Straight Answers
Questions people actually ask
How many sessions do people usually need?
Five to ten hours is the honest range for going from cold to genuinely capable — the person in your company or your market that everyone else starts asking for help. Some people get what they came for in two.
What should I bring to the first session?
The thing you are actually stuck on. Not a hypothetical — the real report you hate writing, the pipeline you cannot keep up with, the product you have wanted to build for years. The session is spent on your work, not on a curriculum.
I am not technical. Is this going to be over my head?
No. If you can ask a good question, you can do this. The skill being coached is closer to conducting an orchestra or interviewing a witness than to programming.
What will I actually be able to do afterward?
The realistic list from people who have done it: an agent that runs prospecting and follow-up, a personal CRM built to fit how you actually work, research and reporting handled, inbox triaged and drafted, and the ability to build the next tool yourself without calling anyone.
Is it really one-on-one with Grant?
Yes. There is no associate coach and no cohort. That is why the hourly rate is what it is and why the calendar is finite.
What if it is not for me?
Then stop after the first session and do not book another. Grant would rather you spend an hour and find out than sign up for a package you do not want. If the first thirty minutes make it obvious this is not a fit, he will say so.
Grab thirty minutes
One Conductor to another. Pick a time that works and it lands straight on the calendar — bring the thing you're actually stuck on.
