Speaking & Boot Camps

Nobody leaves with
notes and good intentions.

Conventions, company events, boot camps and clinics. A warm, story-driven talk about the shift underway — and then the part most speakers skip: everyone in the room actually builds something before they go home.

The Difference

A talk about AI is not the same as an AI talk

Most sessions on this subject leave a room informed and unchanged. People nod, take a photo of a slide, and go back to work exactly as before. Grant's whole approach is built around refusing that outcome.

Every leader knows the real bottleneck was never the software — it's getting people to care.

Lighting that fire is Grant's rarest gift, and maybe his greatest. He's a "why" guy — he doesn't just show people how, he makes them feel why, and why now. He catches a whole workforce off guard; most had no idea how fast this is moving or what these tools can really do.

And by the time he's done, they don't feel warned. They feel lucky — like they happen to be alive at the most exciting moment in the history of human civilization, holding a superpower most people haven't noticed yet. They walk out with a self-burning fire to run at the front of this thing instead of getting caught flat-footed.

Then, because enthusiasm alone evaporates by Thursday, everyone in the room sets up a working agent pointed at their own actual job before they leave.

Keynote · 45–90 minutes

Conventions, annual meetings, all-hands. The story of the moment we're in, the skill that decides who thrives in it, and a live demonstration that reliably rearranges what a room thinks is possible. The kind of appearance your event gets talked about for years.

Company-wide webinar · 3 blocks

The most accessible way in, and the most-booked. Three 2.5-hour blocks run remotely for your whole team. Every person walks out with their own agent set up to run their marketing, handle their email, do their research. The fastest, most affordable way to turn an entire culture around.

One-day transformation · on site

For the leader who can feel their culture is behind the boat — struggling to get that inevitable freight train moving. One day, on site, with your entire team, and your company is no longer at risk of being blindsided. It awakens the sleeper in every organization.

Boot camp · up to a full week

Five days to take a team from cold to genuinely dangerous. Deeper builds, real workflows, and enough repetition that the skill survives the return to normal work. The full week runs $10,500 plus travel.

The Takeaway

What every attendee leaves with

Not a handout. A working thing, running on their own account, pointed at their own job.

· Their own agent, live

Set up during the session and already doing something useful by the time they walk out the door.

· The fundamentals

How to ask the question that opens the floodgates — the skill underneath every tool, and the one that outlives whichever model is current.

· A concrete next move

One specific thing to automate this week, chosen from their actual work rather than a generic list.

· The reason to bother

The part that makes the other three stick. Most rooms have never had anyone explain why this moment is different.

Straight Answers

Questions people actually ask

What does a room actually walk out with?

Every attendee leaves with their own working AI agent — set up, running, and pointed at something real in their job. That is the difference between this and a talk about AI. Nobody walks out with notes and good intentions.

How long should the session be?

A keynote runs 45 to 90 minutes and is the right call for a conference or an all-hands. If you want people to actually build something, you need at least a full day. A company-wide webinar in three 2.5-hour blocks is the most-booked format because it reaches everyone without pulling anyone out of town.

What do you need from us technically?

Very little. A screen, decent audio, and internet. Attendees need a laptop or phone. There is nothing to install in advance and no license for you to buy — the tools Grant sets people up with are free or already in your stack.

Will this work for a non-technical audience?

That is the usual audience. Grant has run this for lenders, ranchers, hospital staff, and sales teams. The talk is built around a question, a story and an instrument — not architecture diagrams.

Can you tailor it to our industry?

Yes, and it matters. Grant will ask for a short call beforehand to learn what your people actually do all day, then build the live demonstrations around your work rather than generic examples. A room recognizes its own workflows immediately, and that recognition is what turns interest into action.

Do you travel internationally?

Yes. Anywhere in the world, and the material has run in more than one language. Travel is arranged case by case and billed separately.
